Mold

A type of fungus that grows in damp, warm places

Moisture intrusion

Relative humidity

The amount of moisture in the air,  high humidity can lead to mold growth

A device that removes moisture from the air to prevent mold

Toxic substances produced by certain molds

A tiny particle released by mold to reproduce can be airborne and inhaled
